3 c. whole kernel corn, drained 2 c. chopped cucumber 2 tomatoes, chopped 3/4 c. chopped onion 2/3 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 3/4 tsp. each salt, celery seed, dry mustard Mix all vegetables together. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and spices together and stir into vegetables. Chill at least 2 hours (overnight is better). |
