SEAFOOD/PASTA SALAD
 

8 oz. (uncooked) rotini (about 2 c.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. (1 1/2 c.) imitation crab meat
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets, (cooked for 1 minute in microwave, covered, on high with 1 tbsp. water)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped spring onions
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. Kraft lo-cal Zesty Italian dressing
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain well. Add crab meat, broccoli, green pepper, tomatoes, onion and olives.

In separate bowl, combine dressings and cheese and mix well. Add to pasta mixture and toss lightly. Enjoy!
