4 med. cucumbers 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1 sm. clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp. salad oil 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. dill weed Pare cucumbers and slice thinly into large bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients except dill weed; pour over cucumbers and toss lightly. Sprinkle with dill weed. Cover and chill. Just before serving, toss carefully. 8-10 servings. |
