1 cucumber sliced and peeled
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 pkg. Italian salad mix (dry)
Little dried onion
Dash salt and pepper
Dash of lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dill

Mix together and chill before serving.
