1 qt. broccoli (about 4 stalks), cut small 1/2 c. celery, cut small 3/4 c. raisins (soaked 10 minutes in warm water, drain on paper towel) 3/4 c. salted nuts (peanuts, cashews, etc.) 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled Mix broccoli, celery, raisins, and nuts. Add dressing and mix well. DRESSING: 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 tsp. curry powder Combine dressing ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Add bacon just before serving. |
