3 lb. shrimp 2 med. green pepper 2 (8 oz.) Italian salad dressing 4 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. crushed fresh garlic Romaine lettuce Boil shrimp and cool. Toss shrimp with green pepper (cut in strips). In separate bowl put Italian dressing, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mix with shrimp mixture. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Serve on a plate with Romaine lettuce. Excellent! |
