TROPICAL SALAD
 

Romaine lettuce (broken in bite-size pieces)
Fresh spinach
Chunk pineapple (8 oz. can, no juice)
1 pomegranate seeds
1 (4 oz.) jar pine nuts
2 sliced avocados
2 fresh navel oranges, sliced

FOR DECORATION ON TOP OF SALAD:

1 sliced avocado
1 sliced star fruit
1 sliced banana

Layer the salad as follows and repeat:

Lettuce and spinach

Pomegranate seeds and pine nuts

Orange and avocado slices.
