TACO SALAD DINNER
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can pitted black olives
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 pkg. taco mix
1/2 head lettuce, cut up sm.
1-2 tomatoes, cut up

Mix container of sour cream with taco mix and spread in 11 1/2 x 7 x 2 pan. Brown ground beef and drain fat. Put on top of sour cream mixture. Then layer - cheese, olives, lettuce, and tomato. Serve with tostitos.
