LOW - FAT B-L-POTATO SALAD
 

2 med. brown potatoes
1 1/2 c. non-fat plain yogurt
1 sm. yellow onion
1/2 c. fresh dill, chopped fine
Dash of salt & pepper

Steam or boil potatoes, steam is better. Leave skin on. Add all ingredients and toss. Chill overnight. Serves 2.
