Oil, start with 1/4 c. 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 1 pkg. sweet & low or tbsp. sugar Cucumbers, 1 feeds 3-4 people, sliced Onions, red or Vidalia Salt & pepper to taste Mix oil, vinegar, sweetener, salt and pepper in bowl. Cover and shake. Add sliced cucumber (somewhat thin) and onions (in rings or long slices). Cover and shake. Refrigerate and before serving add vinegar, salt and pepper as needed. |
