SEAFOOD SALAD
 

8 oz. sea legs or frozen snow crab meat blend
1 can sliced water chestnuts (1/2 lb.)
Fresh snow peas (crisp in ice water before adding to salad)

Blend defrosted crab meat, sliced water chestnuts and snow peas. Add a mayonnaise dressing or prepared bottled Ranch dressing to taste. Chill thoroughly before serving. 6 servings.
