TACO SALAD (LAYERED BEAN)
 

1 (31 oz.) can or 2 (16 oz.) cans Old El Paso refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can Old El Paso chopped green chilies, drained
1 env. Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
2 ripe avocados, peeled & pitted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (16 oz.) jar Old El Paso taco sauce (med.) divide in half
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Black olives - sliced

In medium bowl mix together beans, olives, taco seasoning mix. Spread on 12 inch round platter. Blend avocado, lemon juice and 1/2 cup taco sauce until smooth, spread on bean mixture. Top with sour cream. Top with lettuce, cheese, taco sauce and olive slices and serve with nacho chips.
