1 lg. head Boston lettuce, washed and torn into lg. pieces 1 can grapefruit sections, drained and chopped into medium sized pieces 1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced Poppy Seed Dressing Mix together lettuce, grapefruit sections and avocado in salad bowl. Toss well. Dress with poppy seed dressing and toss again. Serves 4-6, depending on the size of the head of lettuce. |
