GRAPE LETTUCE SALAD
 

2 c. halved seedless red grapes
1 1/2 c. torn leaf lettuce or romaine
1 1/2 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 green pepper, sliced lengthwise
6 to 8 oz. cooked, cleaned shrimp
1/4 c. chopped green onion

Toss together the above items. In a separate bowl, mix the dressing:

1 oz. (1/4 c.) crumbled blue cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. milk

I've made variations of this salad with using just a few of the ingredients and substituting with chicken and pecan halves.
