1/4 c. butter 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 cloves garlic 1 onion, chopped 2 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. basil 2 bunches broccoli 4 tomatoes, quartered Cut broccoli in bite size pieces. Saute onion and garlic in butter and oil. Remove from heat. Add sugar, basil, oregano and mayonnaise. Pour over tomatoes and broccoli. Stir slightly and refrigerate overnight. |
