HAYSTACKS SALAD
 

6 c. chili with beans
7 oz. bag regular size corn chips
1 med. head lettuce, shredded
3 lg. tomatoes, diced
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Taco sauce
Optionals: sliced olives, chopped onion, sour cream

Heat chili and keep it warm. On dinner plates, layer 1 cup corn chips, 3/4 cup shredded lettuce, 1 cup chili, 1/3 cup shredded cheese, and 1/2 cup diced tomato. Top with taco sauce and optional items if desired. Serve immediately.
