1/2 small pineapple, chopped 8 oz. canned drained tuna 1/2 med. cucumber, chopped 1/2 tsp. dill seed Salt to taste Lettuce leaves Combine all ingredients, except lettuce leaves. Chill until cold. Line tuna salad plates with lettuce leaves. Divide tuna mixture evenly into two portions. Place one portion on each plate. Makes 2 servings. |
