2 cans black-eyed peas, drained 10-12 green onion, chopped tops included 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 med. green pepper, chopped 1 sm. jar pimento, diced 3 1/2 oz. jar bacon bits or pieces Mix all above ingredients, then add: 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. salad vinegar 1/4 c. salad oil Salt and pepper to taste Mix well. Best when refrigerated. Will keep 2-3 weeks in refrigerator. |
