1/2 lb. macaroni 1/2 c. (scant) sugar 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 1/2 tsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (303) can chunk pineapple 1 sm. can mandarin oranges 12 to 15 cut up maraschino cherries 1 sm. Cool Whip Drain pineapple, oranges and save juice. Cook macaroni and rinse. Mix together sugar, flour, egg, salt and juices and cook until a little thick. Mix with macaroni and refrigerate overnight. Fold in fruit and Cool Whip next morning. Serves: 8 to 10. |
