3 whole chicken breasts, cooked & cut up 2 c. seedless grapes 1 lg. stalk celery, chopped 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts 12 leaves spinach, torn & tossed Mandarin oranges for garnish 1 green onion, cut up 1 c. golden raisins 7 oz. cheese Raviolis 1 c. pea pods 1/2 lg. cucumber, sliced 1 kiwi for garnish DRESSING: 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. curry Mix dressing together until smooth and creamy. Add to the above ingredients and toss. Serve chilled. Serves 6. |
