2 cucumbers 1/2 c. onion slices 1 tsp. salt 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. sour cream Cut cucumbers in thin slices. Place cucumbers and onion slices in bowl; sprinkle one teaspoon salt over cucumber and onion slices. Place in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Drain on paper towel. Rub salad bowl with garlic. Place cucumber and onion slices in bowl; mix together tarragon vinegar and pepper and pour over cucumber and onion slices. Add 1 cup sour cream and toss lightly together. |
