COLESLAW: 1 c. Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. sugar 6 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. thinly sliced green pepper 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion In large bowl stir 4 ingredients until smooth. Add cabbage, green peppers and onion; toss to coat well. Cover; chill. Make about 6 cups. CLASSIC MACARONI SALAD: 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained 1 c. sliced celery 1 c. chopped onion In large bowl stir first 6 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover; chill. Makes 5 cups. |
