(10 oz.) frozen green peas 1 c. diced mild Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.) 2 lg. stalks celery, chopped 1/4 c. chopped dill pickle 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed or 1 1/2 tsp. snipped fresh dill weed 1/4 tsp. salt 8 lettuce cups Rinse frozen peas under running cold water to separate; drain. Toss pea, cheese, celery, pickle, mayonnaise, dill weed and salt. Spoon salad into lettuce cups. 8 servings. |
