1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 med. size carton Cool Whip 1/2 bag miniature or lg. marshmallows 1 box pistachio Jello pudding 1 c. chopped pecans & walnuts mixed Mix pineapple and pistachio in mixing bowl. Stir and mix well. Add marshmallows and Cool Whip and 1/2 cup walnuts and pecans. Mix well. Use remaining nuts to sprinkle on top of salad after putting in salad bowl. Chill in refrigerator until served. Serving for 4 or more. Recipe may be doubled for larger amounts. |
