1 bunch broccoli 1 head cauliflower 1/2 to 1 lb. bacon 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (do not substitute) 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cider vinegar Wash broccoli and cauliflower; cut into small pieces. Fry desired amount of bacon until crisp. Drain and cut into small pieces. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar together. Do not mix dressing with vegetables and bacon until ready to serve. |
