1 lg. cabbage 1 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 1 tsp. turmeric 1 lg. onion 1 bell pepper 1/2 c. oil
Grate cabbage. Combine all other ingredients in small saucepan; boil 1 minute. Pour over cabbage; mix well. This slaw can be kept in refrigerator in tightly closed container for up to 3 weeks.
