1 pkg. thawed frozen peas 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. chopped green pepper (optional) 1 head fresh broccoli 1 head cauliflower 1 c. Miracle Whip 1 c. sour cream 1 c. Green Goddess salad dressing Blanche broccoli in hot salt water for a few minutes, then rinse well with cold water (this makes broccoli more tender) and cut into small pieces. Also cut cauliflower into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together in a flat pan (easier than a bowl), then transfer to a bowl and refrigerate. (Will keep a long time). |
