SHRIMP SALAD
 

1 can tropical fruit, cut up in sm. chunks
1/2 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. shrimp
3/4 c. diced green pepper
3/4 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. chopped green onion

Drain fruit - reserve 3 tablespoons syrup. Combine reserved syrup and salad dressing, lemon juice, onion salt and pepper. Combine fruit, shrimp, green pepper, celery and onion - toss lightly and serve on lettuce leaf. Serves 6 to 8.
