BOWTIE PASTA - PEPPERONI SALAD
 

1 pkg. egg bowtie pasta
1 bunch fresh broccoli
5 carrots, sliced
1 lg. jar Spanish olives, sliced in half
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
2 sticks pepperoni, thinly sliced
1 (16 oz.) bottle La Martinique Original French dressing

Cook pasta according to package directions. Trim broccoli (use flowerets and tender stalk parts), slice. Add rest of ingredients and marinate in La Martinique Dressing overnight. If desired, other ingredients such as cauliflower and mushrooms may be included. At serving time, tomato chunks or cherry tomatoes can be added for flavor and color. Serves 8 to 10.
