5 med. potatoes 6 hard boiled eggs 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Paprika Cook potatoes in salted water in saucepan until tender. Chill in refrigerator. Peel and chop potatoes. Combine potatoes, 5 chopped eggs, sugar, mustard, pickles, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in serving bowl. Mix well. Top with remaining eggs; sprinkle with paprika. Yield: 7 servings. |
