6 oz. salad macaroni, cooked 1 med. tomato, peeled, seeded & diced 2/3 c. chopped green onions 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can ripe olives, chopped 2 cans shrimp, drained & rinsed 3/4 c. chopped sweet pickle 7 hard boiled eggs, chopped CREAMY DRESSING: 2/3 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice 1 tsp. sugar 2/3 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. yellow mustard 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad mixture. This should be mixed early and chilled thoroughly before serving. |
