10-16 oz cooked small shrimp, shelled and deveined, chilled 1/2 large head lettuce, chopped 2 vine ripened tomatoes, cubed green onion, chopped (optional) 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 tsp garlic salt salt and pepper, to taste Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl and serve with Saltine crackers.
