Salad: 2 bunches spinach, washed and trimmed 1 can drained bean sprouts 1 can drained sliced water chestnuts 2-3 sliced cooked eggs 4-5 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
Dressing: 1 c. oil 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. red wine vinegar 1 chunked sweet onion (small) 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper Blend all dressing ingredients well in a blender. Toss salad ingredients with dressing just before serving. |
