MEATBALLS AND RICE
 

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
1/2 lb. can tomato juice
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
2 c. brown sugar
Worcestershire sauce
1 piece lightly toasted bread
Salt & pepper
Garlic salt
Minute Rice
1/2 c. milk

MEATBALLS: Combine hamburger meat, 1 piece lightly toasted bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic salt, 1/2 cup milk and a few squirts Worcestershire sauce. Mix and roll into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

SAUCE: Combine 1/2 large can tomato juice, 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, a few squirts Worcestershire sauce, and 2 cups brown sugar. Mix and pour over cooked meatballs. Bake 20 more minutes. Serve over hot rice.
