TUNA AND RICE CASSEROLE
 

2 c. cooked rice
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
3/4 c. chopped black olives
1 tbsp. instant chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk

Mix above together. Bake in greased pan at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Spoon over casserole.
