2 c. cooked ham, diced 3 c. cooked rice 1 c. green peas, cooked 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Dash cayenne 1 c. heavy cream, whipped Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 2 quart greased casserole. Combine ham, rice, peas, 1/2 cup cheese, salt, pepper and cayenne. Spoon into casserole dish. Add remaining cheese to the whipped cream, gently. Spread over top of rice mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. |
