1 qt. milk 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. long grain rice (UNCLE BEN'S®) 2 beaten eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. lemon extract Dash of nutmeg Raisins (opt.) Bring milk to boil and add sugar, salt and rice. Cook on low 1 hour. Take off and add beaten eggs, vanilla, lemon extract and nutmeg. Add raisins if desired. |
