CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE
 

1 c. long grain rice
1 can mushroom soup
1-1 1/2 cans water (use soup can)
2-3 lbs. boned chicken
1 pkg. onion soup mix (Lipton's)

Grease sides and bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole. Pour rice evenly in pan. Blend in bowl the soup and water. Pour 1 cup mixture over rice mix to moisten. Arrange pieces of chicken on rice. Pour rest of cup mix over all. Sprinkle onion soup mix over all. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Do not open before then.
