1 c. uncooked rice 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up 2 lbs. boneless chicken 16 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese Cook rice and broccoli. Boil chicken and cut into pieces. Melt Velveeta cheese with a little bit of milk (less milk makes sauce thick). Layer rice, broccoli, and chicken. Pour melted Velveeta cheese over the top. |
