CHICKEN BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE
 

2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli
8 oz. cheese whiz
2 c. grated cheddar
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
10 servings cooked Minute Rice
2 cans mixin chicken or 2 cups cut up cooked chicken

Defrost broccoli, cook rice. Mix cheese whiz into cooked rice. It will melt and blend; add soup and mix well. Then add broccoli and chicken. Put in a 9 x 14 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheddar over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
