1 lb. hamburg 2 med. onions 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. diced celery 1/4 c. tomato puree or ketchup 1/4 c. peanut butter 1/2 tsp. thyme 3/4 c. water Hot peppers 1 1/2 c. rice Saute hamburger, diced onions, diced celery and salt until hamburg is browned. Add water, thyme, tomato puree to hamburg and simmer another 10 to 15 minutes. Cook rice separately until fluffy. Dish peanut sauce and rice in separate dishes at meal time, cover rice with sauce on plates. |
