1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can milk 1 c. rice 2-3 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. onion soup mix 4 chicken breasts Mix soups, milk and rice together. Add 2-3 tablespoons melted butter. Take the four chicken breasts out. Put rice mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan, then push the chicken breasts down in the mixture. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. No Peeking! |
