SAUSAGE AND RICE DISH
 

2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
2 lbs. sausage
2 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. green peppers, optional

Cook rice according to directions on box. Fry sausage and crumble it. Fry onions and celery in butter until soft. Drain rice. Add drained sausage, celery and onions in a casserole dish. Add salt and pepper and a dot of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
