CHINESE FRIED RICE (CHINA)
 

2 stirred eggs
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. diced pork
1/4 c. diced bean sprouts
1 tbsp. thick soy sauce
3 tbsp. sliced scallions
4 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. MSG

In 10 inch skillet, cook egg in 1 tbsp. oil, without stirring until set. Invert onto platter and cut eggs into short, narrow strips. Add remaining oil to skillet and cook pork, bean sprouts and scallions until scallion is tender and pork is grey. Stir in rice, thick soy sauce, sugar, MSG and eggs. Heat through and serve with Chinese chicken wings. Note: May add garlic powder if desired.
