EASY PORK CHOP 'N RICE CASSEROLE
 

4 pork chops
1 can chicken rice soup
1 soup can water
1/2 c. raw rice

Season pork chops and brown in a small amount of fat. Place in casserole. Put soup and water in skillet; bring to a boil and pour over chops. Add raw rice, making sure rice is completely covered with liquid. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
