1 pkg. pigeon peas or red beans 4 c. rice 1 whole garlic 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme or to taste 1 c. coconut milk 1/2 stick butter 1/2 can evaporated milk Boil peas or bean with all ingredients except rice and milks. After beans or peas are tender then add milk and coconut milk. Then cook for a while then add rice. |
