4 c. long grain rice 1 c. sweet bell pepper flakes, dehydrated 1 c. dried parsley 3 tbsp. Hungarian paprika 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt Combine and divide into 4 seal baggies. To prepare for quick dinner, use one baggie of rice mixture, add 1 pound chicken pieces (I use chicken breasts skinned) 2 cups of water and 1 (8 ounce) tomato sauce. Simmer 45 minutes and you have a nice chicken and rice dinner. |
