PORK CHOPS & RICE CASSEROLE
 

1 c. rice, uncooked
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
4 (1" thick) pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 can mushrooms, drained

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour uncooked rice into pan. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over rice. Season pork chops as desired, place on rice mixture. Combine soup and water. Pour over pork chops. Sprinkle mushrooms on top. Cover with foil, poking a few holes in it to allow steam to escape. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours.
