2 sm. pkg. instant pudding
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, blended into a fine dirt-like powder
3 c. milk
Gummy worms (optional)

Mix pudding and milk, set aside. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Then fold into pudding mixture. Fold Cool Whip in pudding mixture. Layer pudding and cookies with top layer the cookies, add an occasional worm for fun.
