Combine: 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 3/4 c. white flour 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder Add: 1/2 c. skim milk 1/2 c. brown sugar sweetener 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 egg white Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. TOPPING: 1/4 c. oatmeal 1 tbsp. brown sugar sweetener 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. butter, melted Mix and put on top of muffins before baking. Can omit to save calories. |
